Sarah is a School Psychologist who earned her Masters/CAGS at Northeastern University. She did her undergraduate work at American University, where she studied Psychology and Women's & Gender Studies. She works in the public school setting, where she does evaluation, counseling, behavior management, class-wide programming, and consultation. She also created and runs a social thinking based extended school year program for children with social thinking challenges. She has experience working with children, teens, and young adults aged 2-21. She loves working with kids who have a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, and who may struggle with autism spectrum disorders, social skills, ADHD, anxiety, learning difficulties, and depression.
When not working, Sarah can be found volunteering as a Certified Rape Crisis Counselor at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center or for DMH's Human Rights Committee in Quincy. She also loves to cook, travel, read, and spend time with people she cares about. She truly loves working with kids, and feels grateful to be able to watch children learn and grow!
